To check compatibility, we need your phone's IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. It's a unique identifier that helps us determine whether your device works with the Access Wireless network.

What is an IMEI?

An IMEI is a unique 15-digit number that every device has. Think of this as a fingerprint for your phone. We can use your IMEI to see if your current phone will work on the network Access Wireless uses for mobile services.

How do I find my IMEI?

There are several ways to find your IMEI. You can:

  • Dial *#06# from your phone's keypad.
  • On iPhone, go to Settings > General > About and scroll down to the IMEI. On Android, go to Settings > About phone.
  • Check the back of your phone or the original packaging.

Are you seeing more than one IMEI number?

Don't worry. Certain devices have multiple IMEI numbers. You can use any of them to check your phone's compatibility.
